Grind & Brewing

What grind should I choose?

> Whole Beans – best if you have a grinder or coffee machine (maximum freshness)
> Espresso – espresso machines
> Stovetop – moka pots
> Filter / Pour Over – drip, V60, Chemex
> AeroPress – medium-fine, suited for AeroPress brewing

If you’re unsure, whole beans are always the best option.

Can i use espresso grind in other machines?

Not recommended — grind size directly affects extraction and flavour. Using the correct grind will give you the best result.

Where is your coffee roasted?

Our coffee is roasted in Sydney, Australia and shipped directly to you.
