At Grads Coffee, we aim to get your coffee to you as quickly and reliably as possible.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide only.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are:

  • Calculated at checkout
  • Based on your delivery location and order size

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

All coffee is roasted and packed fresh before dispatch.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on your location.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days
  • Regional & remote areas: 3–14 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders using Australia Post.

We do not offer express shipping.


Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post
  • Weather or natural events
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, Grads Coffee may offer promotional discounts, free shipping offers, or special pricing. Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount offers cannot be combined. Only one promotion, discount code, or offer may be redeemed per order.
