At Grads Coffee, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality coffee. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our returns policy is limited.


Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

This includes:

  • Incorrect grind selection
  • Preference of flavour or strength
  • Accidental orders

Please choose carefully when placing your order.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • The product is faulty
  • You receive the wrong item

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If your order qualifies under the conditions above, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Timing depends on your bank or payment provider

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
