We sell roasted coffee and related products.

We make every effort to display products accurately, however:

  • Product appearance may vary slightly
  • Coffee is a natural product and flavour may vary between batches

All product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

You may request changes to your order before it has been dispatched, and we will do our best to accommodate this.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices:

  • May change at any time
  • Do not include shipping unless stated

Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

5. Promotions & Discounts

From time to time, Grads Coffee may offer promotional discounts, free shipping offers, or special pricing.

Unless otherwise stated:

Only one promotion, discount code, or offer may be redeemed per order
Promotions and discounts cannot be combined
Free shipping offers may be subject to minimum order values and delivery location eligibility

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Australia only
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or similar carriers

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order is dispatched, risk passes to you.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

We will only provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is faulty
  • The product is damaged in transit

We do not accept returns for incorrect grind selection.

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, images, text, and design, is owned by Grads Coffee.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
