Sourced from Colombia and roasted to a precise medium profile, this coffee showcases natural sweetness and a clean, composed finish. Expect a smooth body layered with caramel and brown sugar, rounded out by soft toffee notes and a subtle red apple brightness that lifts the cup.
What sets this coffee apart is the decaffeination process.
Using a natural method derived from sugarcane, the green beans are gently steamed and washed with ethyl acetate extracted from sugarcane. This process selectively removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s original flavour, aroma and structure — avoiding the flatness often associated with traditional decaf.
The result is a cup that remains true to its origin — expressive, balanced and quietly refined.
